The end-to-end Kowalski & Torrilhon (2019) SME build (sme_kt19) was retired together with the Substitution class. The current, step-by-step derivation lives in zoomy_core/derivation/notebooks/sme_blocks.ipynb (mass → h-evolution, continuity → w̃, x-momentum → hydrostatic + ω).
